Nabin Adhikari

I'm a Senior Software Developer with over 8 years of experience at Stride Solutions in Melbourne, where I work across the full stack — from user-facing websites and admin dashboards to backend APIs and cross-platform mobile apps. I specialize in .NET/C# with SQL Server on the backend, React and Next.js on the frontend, and Flutter for mobile, and I've personally built the majority of these projects from scratch rather than inheriting existing codebases.

My work spans building responsive, secure, and performant websites using React, Next.js, and Redux; developing RESTful and serverless APIs with AWS Lambda and Azure Functions; and implementing event-driven patterns with Azure Service Bus and AWS SQS. I've integrated a wide range of external services — including Braintree for payments, GreenID for identity verification, and AWS Cognito for authentication — and I manage deployments through Azure DevOps and Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines across both AWS and Azure. On the mobile side, I've built and shipped Flutter apps end-to-end, including diagnosing and resolving a battery-drain issue by profiling multiple app versions to isolate a native library leak.

Beyond hands-on development, I mentor junior and mid-level developers, help them ramp up quickly on new projects, and work directly with business stakeholders, designers, and senior management to scope work, manage timelines, and find faster, safer paths to market. I hold a Master of Information Technology from Deakin University (Distinction Average) and a Bachelor of Science in Computing from London Metropolitan University (Upper Second Class Honours).
