Once a listing is successfully claimed and approved, the claimant is recognized as the rightful owner of that listing and its associated content. Any disputes related to listing ownership or requests for content modification or removal must be addressed through the platform’s official dispute resolution process. Until a listing is claimed by its rightful owner, the user who creates the listing may manage its content. Rightful owners may subsequently claim their listing to obtain full control, including the ability to edit, update, or request removal of the content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

14. Nepal Legal Jurisdiction
